My Test Results
Labtests generally recommend you contact your Healthcare provider for your test results. They are the best person to interpret the results, knowing your history and clinical situation, and explain what the results mean for you.
You have the right to access your health information. Labtests has an obligation to provide test results directly to patients when requested to do so, and to ensure that the information is only released to those entitled to receive it.
Privacy and Confidentiality
To protect your privacy, Labtests advises:
- Results are sent by email or post. Results are not sent to patients by fax.
- Labtests can take no responsibility for the security of results once sent.
To request a copy of your results
You can request a copy of your results at the time your sample is collected or go to a Collection Center later.
You need to complete the 'Request for Results' form and provide identification. This is required for each set of results you request, except if you have a repeat request from your referrer.
Labtests cannot take these requests by phone.
Providing results to patients over the phone
Only patients who have regular INR tests may access their results by phoning Labtests Call Centre

Your referrer must complete an Enrolment Form for Regular INR Patients and provide it to Labtests.
