Please provide the patient with a completed specimen requisition form.

Off-Site Fine Needle Aspiration Biopsies

Labtests will provide a Pathologist or experienced Cytotechnologist for assessment of specimens obtained by Radiologists for the purposes of specimen triage and assessment of adequacy of sample.
